How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?
By listing with me your home is placed on the MLS, Multi Listing Service. By doing this your home is put in front of all the Realtors in our Market Ares that are currently looking for homes for their buyers. It also automatically places your home on search engines such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. Besides the exposure that comes with an online presence, I will also host an Open House the first weekend we list to show case your home and get buyers looking right away.
